Three Steps to Looking Great For Women Over 30
As women reach age thirty, there are many things that come into their minds. I spent this past weekend with some very educated people who work in "women's issues" in order to not give away their exact profession. Coupled with my education on skin care, I was able to learn about some tips to keep women happy with their appearance and enhance their self esteem as they reach age thirty. If you have the time to stick to this routine, you have the ability to look your best and feel your best. Give this a try should you feel you need to make a change.

Step One.
Start an exercise and diet program. If you feel you are overweight, you need to make a change. There are three things you need to do each day, even if you do them in a very minor capacity. You need to do 40 minutes of cardio. This can be done with a walk around the block several times, or you can even count the two hours you spent at the mall while you were shopping. There is no excuses for not being on your feet and active for 40 minutes per day. The second thing you need to do is drink plenty of water. Water will not only lead to weight loss and better overall body performance, but it will also lead to better skin. Your body and skin both need water. Don't just assume you drink eight full glasses each day. Get out a pen and paper, and actually count. Lastly, you need to eat healthy. Try not to eat carbs after 4 pm. If you can, get a proper diet plan made up but a diet consultant. If you don't know what you should be eating, that's a big problem. However, it's safe to assume that vegetables are right for you. Fruits tend to be great as well, but they are high in sugar.
Step Two.
Start using daily creams. Did you know that men love good skin? It's true. Men are in love with soft, silky smooth skin. This doesn't just mean on your hands and face, but it means everywhere. If you don't use a daily moisturizer, shame on you. However, that is just the tip of the iceberg. You need to do whatever you can to look young and prevent wrinkles. You can use a wrinkle cream if you feel you are starting to wrinkle or just want to be a step up and do the best you can to prevent wrinkles. Also, if you have cellulite forming on the backs of your legs, it's time to start using a cellulite cream. The faster you start thinking of how to stop these skin issues, the faster they will go away. Think ahead, and you will reap the rewards later.
Step Three.
Get active and get social. Get into a group of some sort. Spinning class, tennis lessons, poker night with the girls, whatever it may be. If you are social, you will get compliments on your new found energy. Being active and social is a large part of your confidence. If you are sequestered in your house all day, you probably don't get the compliments you deserve. You work hard to look your best, now go out and show people all the hard work you have been doing.
